YES: Many decongestants can cause bladder neck tightness and counteract prostate medications. Talk to your doctor to see if it is safe to stop the decong. Or change to one with less side effects.

When I use Xylometazoline, my nose becomes clear. But without it it's difficult to brearhe. Suffering from flu for 10 days & using xylo for 3 days once only at bed time. Will it be problem continue using this med? Or what to do to get rid of it?
