Balanced diet key: I know of no specific vitamins that have been shown to help with adhd specifically, although I am sure many claims are out there. The best way to get vitamins is in a healthy balanced diet. In addition, avoiding some things in one's diet can help with symptoms of adhd, like caffeine, sugar, preservatives and so on. Considering something like meditation or other stress techniques could help.

Minor benefits?: Vitamins are not an effective treatment for adhd per se. If you have a vitamin deficiency, that may impair concentration. Vitamin d, b12, folate, and rarely b6 can be measured via blood tests. Omega 3 fish oil has been somewhat promising to help with adhd. It would unlikely provide the robust response that fda approved agents would provide, ie, stimulants, nonstimulants, or alpha-adrenergic agents.
