Wait after Accutane: 6 months is the general rule for waiting before having resurfacing procedures. The risk for scarring is considerable and waiting will reduce your risks. You say you cannot wait that long... Why not? If your issues have been with you for years, you should wait the 6 months before risking a bad outcome.
