Wait after Accutane: 6 months is the general rule for waiting before having resurfacing procedures. The risk for scarring is considerable and waiting will reduce your risks. You say you cannot wait that long... Why not? If your issues have been with you for years, you should wait the 6 months before risking a bad outcome.

Skin resurfacing Acu: You do have to wait at least 6 months after acutane before you do any skin resurfacing. You have to wait that long so that the dermal buds can regenerate the epithelium.

Laser resurfacing: 6 months wait time is correct. One of the major drawbacks of acutane treatment for patients is the length of time they have to wait before they can undergo procedures like microlaserpeel, fractionated laser or deep contour laser treatments.
