I'm thinking of doing laser on my eyebrows. being so close to the eyes will this possibly cause a seizure?

Unlikely: I am guessing that you have stroboscopic light induced seizures or something like that. If you have laser treatment for your brows, your eyes will be covered and protected so seizures will not be caused by the light.
