STD: Burning with urination and pus cells in the urine means urethritis, probably from a sexually tranortw infection. With those symptoms they should have also tested your ursine for gonorrhea and chlamydia. If they didn't, you should get tested and treated.

Not from her: This can be due to anything from eating those hot little peppers to a stray string to a minor infection. If it's really hurting you bad or lasts for more than two weeks, get with your physician.

See a doctor: You have either urethritis from disruption of what should have been completely protected sex, in which case gonorrhea or non-gonococcal infection is conceivable. The importance is that if that happened you are at risk for other stds and need testing. Or this may be UTI (which in a man needs doctor intervention), or a reaction to something in or on surface of the condom. Good luck.
