Addiction: If one takes seven doses of a benzodiazepine over seven days they are very likely to be addicted to it. This class of drugs, which used to be 'mommy's little helper' keeps people sedate; they do not function normally in work environments; and can become obsessed with maintaining access to the product. I am of the school that wants people to learn how to treat anxiety more safely than pills.
