Not really: The blood clots to be concerned about in the leg are called deep vein thrombosis and these can break off, travel to the lung and kill you. It is not likely to happen in the foot.

Blood clots could : Occur in the foot. In the cases that I have seen of clots in the foot there was always severe pain which was pinpoint to the vein the clot was in. Nevertheless, a doctors visit sounds prudent.
