Dyspareunia: Alterations in anatomical relationships within your body may occur with any form of surgery, due either to the procedure, to scarring or weakening of supportive tissues. You don't indicate what the doctor suggested. You should not have to tolerate severe pain with sex. There should be means of correcting this. Best of luck.

Why would your uterus change to retroverted without prior pregnancy or infection? Also, why would sex cause deep pain? Infections / STDs / Cervical cancer has been checked and all Negative. So what else could this be?
