No: Assuming there were no complications from your surgery, you should not need a csection or a redo fusion. If you had a posterior spinal fusion and have healed/fused you should not require either.

Pregnancy spinal fus: Pregnancy should not affect a fusion that is over a year old. A c-section should also not be required from previous arthrodesis. Back pain will probably increase as the baby grows. Continue to do core exercises to lower the risk of chronic pain in the last part of your gestation. Good luck.
