UTI : Have your urine checked first. It's not unusual to have a UTI which manifests as nausea and stomach pains. If negative yourdoctor will advice you what's next thing. No harm trying some antacids meanwhile.

Could be...: Many possible causes. May just be reflux/heartburn, could also be gallbladder, UTI or pregnancy. See your physician to further evaluate and provide some relief.
