UPT ASAP: If you are late for your period, you need to do a home pregnancy test. You may have a pregnancy that is not in your uterus that can be very dangerous. If your pregnancy test is positive, you need to go the emergency room immediately. You may also just be having menstrual cramps.

Difficult: Whether each of these issues is related to the others is impossible to tell. Being slightly late for your period can be commonly due to many different causes. If you miss entirely, get a urine strip test kit for HCG and test yourself for pregnancy. The fatigue, weakness and absence of hunger are disturbing and warrant a visit to your pcp for an evaluation. Good luck and best wishes.
