Need evaluation: It depends on how long it has been since your last intercourse. The irregular cycle can be seen with pregnancy or abnormal pregnancy. So i recommend testing. But most commonly this is what we call dysfunctional uterine bleeding. It can occur randomly. It is best to go see your doctor.
