Are frequent ultrasound checks ( including transvaginal) safe in pregnancy? what the recommended waiting time between each ultrasound?

Ultrasound is : Safe for the fetus. Frequency between exams should be determined by clinical concerns and not fear of harming the baby with ultrasound.

Yes.: There are typically 2 scans done on normal pregnancies. It's not uncommon for women to be scanned more frequently if the are clinical concerns. There are reported ill effects from u/s.
