Colon: It depends on what you mean by "feels full like pregnancy". If you are referring to bloating, this could be a colon issue like IBS or lactose or gluten intolerance. If your GYN says the ultrasound was normal and doesn't see a cause, go back to the gastroenterologist and try to explain what you are feeling better. It may be normal for you or you may need to change your diet. Hope this helps.
