Fruits are OK: Along with everything else, in moderation. There are no magic or toxic foods. There is not sufficient info to tell you how much to eat. You need specific instructions for you from a registered dietitian, not generalized and homogenized info from the internet. Make your appointment soon and discuss w/your doctor.
