Possibly : There are several uncommon skin conditions that can be associated with pregnancy. Some can affect the course of the pregnancy, some do not. There are some rashes that appear as blisters, some as bumps and some patients have only itching. To determine which of these you may have you need to consult with a dermatologist as soon as possible and also alert your obsterician of your problem.

Itching: Although itching like this can have a lot of causes, in pregnancy there would be a question of issues with anemia, thyroid or even liver changes. Use a moisturizing cream or something like aveeno (oatmeal) or sarna cream but see your doctor to make sure basic labs are ok. If they are, your doc can offer other treatments for the itch.
