Alertness: A combination of appropriate sleep, diet, exercise and internal motivation are what you need to succeed on tests and in life. Quick fixes for one test or finals week is not the answer. If you love and believe in what you are doing, then taking the tests associated with it are just part of the joy that go along with it. Keeping yourself healthy day to day is most important.
