Obtain help.: Suggest that you do it with help. There are a number of different avenues available to you. Combining them is likely to lead to more success. Cognitive behavioral therapy with a good psychologist is excellent. Psychotropic medications are sometimes indicated. Deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, tai chi, acupuncture, exercise, qi gong & meditation are good approaches.
