A few questions: How long have you been on cipralex/lexapro? It can take a few weeks to work. If on long enough, speak with doc about changing dose. If you have tried other ssri's and they haven't worked, you could try another med such as buspar (buspirone). Also strongly recommend adding exercise, stress reduction techniques, good sleep hygiene to your routines while also reducing stimulants such as nicotine and caffeine.

Don't give up.: Cipralex is 1 of many marketing names for escitalopram[us brand name=lexapro].It is a slightly modified version (a stereo-isomer) of citalopram (us brand=celexa). These are ssri's, which work mostly thru impacting your brain's serotonin function. It's not a bad place to start for most people but you've many other options. If a good mental health dr rx'd it, 1st work with dr re dosing &/or addl meds.
