It is also very hard to tell you why.Could be uterine stimulation from sperm prostaglandines.Could be a torsed ovary cause in pcos are larger than usually.Could ve been to much pressure on uterosacral ligaments which are painfull when stretched.Best thought will be to go see your doctor for evaluation. I mentioned just a few of possible things.
