Abdominal pain: This type of pain is unusual. It is also very hard to tell you why.Could be uterine stimulation from sperm prostaglandines.Could be a torsed ovary cause in pcos are larger than usually.Could ve been to much pressure on uterosacral ligaments which are painfull when stretched.Best thought will be to go see your doctor for evaluation. I mentioned just a few of possible things.

Ruptured Cyst: One of your cysts probably ruptured. Typically this causes an acute pain which decreases within an hour or two. You may have some residual ache for a day or two. Ruptured cysts may sometimes need surgical interference to secure bleeders.
