Pain and discharge: Pcos is associated with irregular cycles, ovarian cysts and irregular bleeding. With regard to the pain under your belly button, this is not specific and could be anything from a bladder infection to appendicitis and should be evaluated by your doctor. With regard to the milky discharge, the most likely causes are yeast infections or something called BV (a common infection as well). Good luck!
