how can you stop touching acne at the face?

Get it treated: You're a human being and you can't keep your hands away from lesions on your face. Anybody who blames you for this is short on common sense. All acne can be managed with today's medications. If benzoyl peroxide has failed, get with your personal physician; a topical retinoic acid derivative or topical or systemic antibiotic may be plenty. Good luck.
