Is it possible to get acne from sleeping on dirty pillow ? or touching each other's face's when that other person has acne?

No: Acne is not contagious. It is caused by overproduction of oil, build-up of bacteria in the skin, and irregular skin turnover. It can be triggered by hormones, certain medications, and, maybe, certain foods (dairy or carbohydrate rich).
