Be careful: Both are stimulants that have been used as diet pills. I would worry about increased blood pressure and palpitations. If dieting is your concern there is a new med for wt loss, but losing wt should involve diet and behavior change not just a medication.

Be careful.: If you're taking the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) regularly & it's a safe &effective dose, you might tolerate the adipex, but not necessarily so. Both are stimulants. Significant negative effects would not be surprising. Further, i question the usefulness of phentiramine at all. It doesn't have sustained wgt-loss effect. & Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) itself helps limit wgt gain. Consider a more all-day Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) regimen + diet/fitness.
