Don't fight illness: As physicians, we don't fight against illnesses. We treat patients with illness. We never beat illness. If you have adhd, the best treatments are medications. It's not clear why you are interested in not using medications. There are many psychological therapies for adhd, which have varying results. You can seek consultation with a psychologist who is knowledgeable about them. Consult with one.
