I have braces and don't know how to use the threaders i know its to help floss but how?

Gets under the wires: The floss threaders help you get the floss under the wires so that you can floss properly. This is very, very important! you must keep the tissue between your teeth very healthy otherwise they can become infected. Call your dentist and make an appointment for them to show you how to do it properly!

Call dentist: Call either your orthodontist or dentist to have someone show you how to use floss threaders.

Floss threader: Insert floss through the eye of the threader. Pass tip of threader between your teeth on the gumline side of the wire. Pull threader so floss goes between teeth, remove threader. Then rub floss against teeth. See picture on threader package. Ask your Orthodontist or General Dentist to show you how to do this. A good alternative, by the way, is a WaterPik.
