Can't remove scars: I'm sorry you have scarring from neglected acne. It shouldn't have happened, but it did and you can prevent further scarring by getting with your physician -- you will most likely need a systemic rx, either Isotretinoin or an antibiotic. A dermatologist can manage the scars when your acne is successfully treated. Best wishes.
