Time OrDermatologist: Time (4-8 months) may make it better. During that time you could use products that help the scar healing and sun screen/block products. Seeing a Dermatologist will be even better as they can evaluate it and recommend the treatments needed.

Hard: Micro needling can help with scars (adding PRP helps even more), fractionated lasers are better, but more expensive. A less invasive (but slower results) process would be laser genesis to the scars. If they are depressed you can use needle subcision or fillers to improve the appearance. Improving your acne will prevent further scars, see your doctor for possible treatments, antibiotics or creams.
