Could epiduo (acne stuff) sting my face extremly bad?

Acne: If your skin is dry or inflamed then epiduo can sting. Use a gentle cleanser, ideally soap free (cetaphil or aveeno). Also using a "non-comedogenic" (non acne promoting) moisturizer just prior to applying the epiduo may help. Don't "scrub" your skin harshly. If your skin is already irritated then using Hydrocortisone 1% once or twice may help, but don't use for prolonged periods.
