What are some home remedies to get rid of bumps or acne on the face ?

Acne: I recommend st ives facial scrub to patients along with a mild non drying facial soap. The facial scrub deals with the blocked pores and will help smooth the skin (avoid using it like sandpaper). Topical benzyl peroxide works well but can be very drying. Good face makeup ie clinique tend to cause less problems as well.
