Let them heal: It takes about two months for the portion of the dermis damaged by an acne lesion to reorganize and lose its extra vascularity. You'd do better to get your acne managed scientifically with your physician's guidance. It's a non-lifestyle-related, readily treatable disease for which you have a right to effective treatment.
