It is a bad cancer: It is a cancer of the food pipe which causes difficulty in getting your food down easily. It can be treated successfully in about 30% of the people, so it carries a bad prognosis especially if it is diagnosed late. If it is still of early stage(1 or 2) the results are much more favorable.
