Primary doc / GI?: I'd start with your primary doc. Perhaps it is due to medications you are taking before bed, or some other obvious cause once a good history is taken. If you are waking up due to nausea, it sounds like the sleep issues are secondary to GI issues/nausea. If you need a specialist, i'd think GI would be your best bet. Good luck!
