Be patient: Some sprains take 4-6 weeks to heal. Ice it, ice it , and ice it. Keep it elevated, consider antiinflammatories. Patience is a virtue.

Have it evaluated : Have it examined by a podiatrist or orthopedist . Determine the level of damage. You may benefit from immobilization with a cast or physical therapy.

Get it checked: Achilles injury can be serious and if ruptured may need surgery. At very least need an MRI and consult with foot and ankle specialists.
