In small amounts: Paracetamol is another name for acetominophen, or tylenol (acetaminophen). If taken in amounts greater than 2 grams/day routinely, it can be toxic to the liver. Drinking alcohol heavily is toxic to the liver also, and results would be additive. You could drink a glass of wine with a meal, and safely take a dose of paracetamol the same day -- but do not use either in large quantities.
