Evaluate by dentist: Have the tooth evaluated by your dentist. There are many variables for pain, including sinus involvement, especially this time of year. Many patients that have spring time allergies come in with dental pain of the upper teeth and it is referred from the sinus area. Always be conservative and try to save your tooth if dental caries is the cause.
