One idea: There's no cure for acne. A course of Accutane will usually keep it at bay for perhaps a year, and you can repeat as you need to. One remedy that many physicians do not know is a trial of spironolactone. Wishing you luck. It's important to continue treating your acne and be a proactive partner in your care.
