How to get rid of my mild acne? birth control pills help with acne but i also looked into accutane(but maybe that's too strong for my acne) any suggestions?

Real Rx: I'm glad the oral contraceptive pill helped. It has other benefits as well if you can take it safely. Topical benzoyl peroxide may be all that you need to add for full relief; otherwise, your physician might try topical clindamycin. I bet that will be sufficient.

Reduce acne: ●Wash your face twice a day with warm water, and do not use harsh soaps. Instead, use a gentle non-soap facial skin cleanser (Cetaphil). ●Do not pick or squeeze pimples. This can make acne worse and damage the skin. ●Avoid oil-based make-up and skin products. Look for non-comedogenic products. If you have mild acne, you can try non-prescription acne products.
