What are the best cleansers to get rid of acne, i have just come off of accutane and i am currently using spectro jel which is okay, anything better?

Cleanse : Salicylic and benzoyl peroxide cleansers will help acne prone skin. Gentle non soap cleanses are also a good idea. See a dermatologist for a treatment regimen.
