Grief & depression: I'm sorry for your loss. Funerals and memorial services offer opportunity for community and support during this time; they can be formal observances of the natural process of grieving. Sadness and weeping are natural also; sometimes there can also be celebration of the loved one's life. Talking with others and letting yourself accept care will help. You can also work with a counselor as well.
