After Tylenol (acetaminophen) #4: Tylenol (acetaminophen) # 4 contains 60 mg of Codeine which is the maximum single dose of codeine. If there is not sufficient pain relief, the next opiate to try would be a hydrocodone containing product such as vicodin. Next would be an oxycodone product such as percocet, oxy-ir or oxy-contin.
