See your doctor...: Too many possibilities exist to really say definitively what's wrong, but it could be a pinched nerve in the neck going down the arm, a shoulder problem, or maybe there was a fracture. A good physical exam and maybe an x-ray can eliminate most possibilities and give you a solid diagnosis.
