Just a skin pimple: Do you mean pimple is on the scrotum? Testicle is hidden in scrotal sac and is not visible, how did you see the color? Pimples form on skin, since scrotum is a skin it can occur.It could be like a 'blackhead' can be squeezed, or see a professional if you have no fund , go to the city/county health-dept.
