See a dentist: From what you are describing, it seems like its canker sore but in a severe form. The lump underneath your jaw could be swollen lymph node. Cannot say anything for sure but you need to see a dentist or even a physician to see if you have a viral infection

Pericoronitis: Is an infection near wisdom tooth. Sometimes, there's not enough room for them, and they come in partially or not at all. This condition can lead to pericoronitis, inflammation of the tissue surrounding the tooth. Pericoronitis is diagnosed during a clinical exam by your dentist. Rec.: see your dentist for further investigation. Sometimes no treatment is the best treatment.

Lump under jaw: If the lump under your jaw is under the same tooth that has the sore on the gums, it may be an abcessed tooth. If the lump is on a different tooth then you may have two separate infections. The only way to be sure is to see your dentist for an examination and an x-ray.
