Abortion: An abortion can lead to varying symptoms. You could pass blood clots vaginally (red, maroon, brown or black). You could have intermittent or continuous spotting. Spotting may last for 3 weeks. You may have no vaginal bleeding. You may have back and abdominal cramps. Discuss any concerns you have with your physician.
