I had medical (pill) abortion 21 days ago and i am still having bleeding which is more than spotting. it is fresh/red blood. is it normal? or should i do a follow up check again? (my first follow up showed the gestational sac was gone)?

Bleeding at this stage is variable and unless it is very heavy, very painful, or associated with fever, then you can safely continue to observe. If this does not resolve over the next two weeks then you should get checked again.
