D&C: It sounds like you had a medication abortion and have retained tissue. If they gave you another dose of misprostol and you still have no had any more bleeding, I would recommend asking if you can have a D&C. That is a minor office procedure that uses suction to remove any remaining pregnancy tissue. It will cause some strong cramping, but only lasts a few minutes.
