Interesting question: There are a variety of things an OB or fertility center to look into your systems and assess their basic health.However, pregnancy requires the contribution of two, and both would need evaluation. Even then, until you try, their is no way to know if the two can conceive as a couple.Most fertility centers do not consider a workup worthwhile until you have tried a year or more without success.
