Sooner the better: Headaches at this age shouldn't be overlooked, most commonly is sinusitis or probably eye problems, but still needs to be attended too, good luck

Good Afternoon, I have been sick since Saturday evening, no COVID, but upon blowing my nose my ear popped loudly. Since I was 9, tubes were put in my ears 3 x's ending at the age 14, both eardrums are cracked. Nausea, dizziness, headaches turn into migraines and unbalance Question is, usually my ear pops back after a day or so, but it's been 4 days and still feels like it's clogged. Should I use Debrox to unclog or get checked for possible Vertigo? Possibly both? Cracked/popped ear drum?
