Possible & desirable: It is not only possible but desirable for you to lose some weight. It is easier said than done. You need to reduce the amount of food you eat and increase the amount of exercise. Avoid saturated fats, and alcohol. Try to change to a diet of fresh vegetables fruits, whole grains, beans, legumes, lentils, low fat milk products, but most of all reduce the amount you eat.
